Exhibition opportunity plan in PHYSOR2014¶

Exhibition application has been closed.
From 28th September to 3rd October, 2014, the International Topical Meeting on Physics of Reactors PHYSOR2014 will be held at the Westin Miyako Hotel in Kyoto, Japan. It will represent major worldwide event in the field. Relevant topics include reactor analysis methods, nuclear data, V&V and uncertainty analysis, fuel cycle and actinide management, radiation application and nuclear safeguards, reactor operation and safety, reactor physics experiment and research reactors. The conference is an opportunity for an exchange of information on current topics of interest among the international participants, being estimated about 400 participants, in reactor physics research activities.
The organizing committee kindly offers the exhibition booths for the participants in PHYSOR2014 to exhibit your product and technology.
Closing Date for Application form of Expression Interest:¶
- Deadline on 31st July, 2014
- Applications will be accepted first-come and first-saved basis, and so may be closed earlier than scheduled.

- 300,000 JPY
Booth Equipment:¶
- Each 2.1 m (Height) x 2.7 m (Side) booth space will include
- Booth surrounded by 5 panels with skirted tables and chairs
- Additional equipment available through conference exhibit vendor
Exhibitor Advantage:¶
- One complimentary meeting registration fee (80,000 JPY)
Exhibit Hours:¶
- Sunday, 28th September: Set up
- Monday, 29th September to Thursday, 2nd October, 8:30 to 18:30; Exhibit area open. (Other hours are in locked.)
- Exhibit area closes after afternoon technical session on Thursday, 2nd October.
